3S-GTE JDM 3rd Gen Turbo Engine, engine, order, intercooler, spacer, putting, sensor, mounted, brace, closer, simple, make, activation, temperature, lower, cooler, running, decreasing, temp, thinking

Is there a simple way to make the intercooler fan come on a lower temp in order to keep the engine running cooler? I was thinking maybe putting a spacer on the sensor mounted on the engine lid in order to put it closer to the engine...but I think the brace might be in the way.
