5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, head, question, large, skinny, basically, metal, exhaudt, port, valve, plug, lines, putting, back, replacing, plugging, headgasket, ahead, holes, larger, removing, delete, vacuum

ok, so im replacing the headgasket on my 91, and while putting it back together, im going to go ahead and do the egr delete while its apart. i know that i need the two larger vacuum lines, and basically none of the little skinny ones. my question is with the large metal like going from the head to the egr valve. what do i do with the port where the exhaudt comes from the head? just plug it? if so, what with?
