I have a freshly swapped and rebuilt 5sfe that has a pretty hard time starting when the engine is cold. It takes about 15 cranks for her to fire up and hold an idle after sitting alll night...Could this be a faulty IACV? What else could cause this? Is there a cold start valve or something?
