3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine, turn, wheel, switches, hitting, wiper, blade, wondering, space, times, signals, wipers, aftermarket, steering, fingers, problem, alot, signal

My car came with an aftermarket steering wheel, and the problem is alot of the times i turn my fingers are hitting the turn signal or the wiper blade switches. Im wondering if there is anything i can do to get more space between the wheel and the switches?
