3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine, port, sensor, vacuum, spec, confirm, board, f/ic, side, question, piggyback, eliminated

I was looking at AEM and saw the AEM F/IC and I see that it have vacuum port on the side, my question is this could eliminated the AFM sensor? on the spec says that has a MAP Sensor (on board) I just want to confirm this!
