3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine, gasket, valve, cover, solution, time, leaked, replacing, simply, miles, permanent, give, issue, idea, recurrent, replaced, turbo, 1991

Can anyone give me an idea as to why a 1991 turbo would need to have the valve cover gasket replaced every 10K miles since 90K. Moreover, would there be a more permanent solution than just simply replacing the gasket every time it leaked?
