My alternator went out last night so now im looking for a replacement. It has power steering so it will need the bigger one. Im in the process of building a turbo that doesnt have power steering. I had to buy another engine for it and it came with a alternator but idk if the previous car had power steering or not. Is there any visual differences between the two sizes of alternators? If i do have a smaller alternator then the one i need can i simply unplug the fuse for my power steering and
