- ok so i am having some oil leak issues. i changed the o-ring that was on the distributor shaft since that was leaky as well from what it looked like now i have to fix my timing but thats another issue...so after replacing that o-ring i noticed i still have a leak. it appears to be coming from the oil pan. i have read that there is no gasket and my question is should i use a gasket? autzone sells a gasket for this for like ten bucks..
