5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, battery, changed, alternator, flat, yesterday, friend, issue, asked, care, electrical, leak, replaced, night, charged, ignition, start, turn, installed, morning

At first i replaced the battery and the battery when flat over night. So i changed the alternator yesterday and have the battery charged before i installed the alt. This morning when i tried to turn on the ignition it wont start. So anyone know what could be the issue here? I asked my friend and he said it might be an electrical leak in the car. Any way to take care of this? Thanks
