What are the symptoms of a blown ECU [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I have ignition, spark, compression. But I believe no fuel because fuel pump is not kicking on. The CEL is flashing really fast when I plug in to check the code. TE1 and E1. The last thing I did was removing the starter and putting it back on. But I forgot to put in the big wire going into the starter. It sparked on the shift linkages after pluging in the battery. Could I fried my ECU? If I did, will someone sell me one please for a good price. I need a 92 mr2 turbo ecu.
