Other boost doesn't go pass 15psi on 3rd,4th, and 5th gears [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Hey guys im new to the mr2. Im not very familiar with engine and turbo. I just bought my mr2 not too long ago. its a 84k miles 91 mr2 turbo with turbonetic t3/t4, HKS BOV, manual boost controller, exhaust, gauges (boost, fuel mixture, temp, oil press) recently i noticed: on first gear at 7rpm it would push about 10-12psi 2nd gear would go up to 18-22 psi but when im on 3rd and up the boost would go up to 15psi and pop right back to 13psi. just moving up and down as the rpm is moving up
