I just picked up a 91 turbo bone stock with 123K miles and started driving it harder after some maintenance. Ive noticed a few issues with my boost and need some help diagnosing. The Turbo seems slow to spool up and when it does boost, it doesnt seem to stop. It keeps spooling until i hit fuel cut. if i floor the gas pedal and shift thru the gears, boost doesnt kick in on either first or second gear. Third seems to be a longer gear which gives the turbo time to spool, so i do feel
