5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, port, head, 5sfe, valves, polish, 3sgte, heard, 3sgt3, size

i heard some where that you can port a 5sfe head to take 3sgte valves and they are 1 size over does any one know anything about this or has done it. is there anything else that needs to be done to the head or does it just fit right in? after port and polish of course.
