I just purchased a 91 mkII 5S-Fe it has headers, catback magnaflow throttle body spacer and a bunch of suspension and brake upgrades. The car runs rich and idles atg about 1600 rpm. I replaced iacv and idle control sensor upon doing so I found the po had bypassed the iacv coolant lines. Reconnected those and removed spacer, car still idles high and is rich. After driving to work, about 25 miles, when I get of the freeway the car will surge about 500 rpm. I
