Ok guys, I have a 92 n/a with a completely stock 5sfe. About 2 weeks ago, I pulled the oil pan to do a re-seal job on it and fix a very small leak, I also changed the valve cover gasket and clean all of the inside of the valve cover. When i pulled the oil pan I noticed some very very fine shavings of a rod bearing in the bottom, but didnt pay any mind to it because the car ran fine. After letting the new seals sit for a day I filled it with oil and filter, changed the plugs, and she was good to
