- Oil level sensors on Gen2 3SGTE engines are famous for breaking and for being expensive. If you want to get rid of the sensor, we have the solution in a factory block off plate that fits the 3SGTE! No modifications required, just remove the sensor and install the block off plate. You will need to bridge the wiring to the sensor to turn off the light, or take out the bulb.
