I live in Northeastern PA, im looking for a mechanic that can figure out what the heck is goin on with it. it wont start and ive looked into everything. and when i was testing stuff with a test lamp i grounded the aligator clip to the body and i set the test light down on the intake manifold and.. it had power? i can pretty much send the car anywhere in pa if anyone knows of any garages that are good with the car. and i just dont have time with work to completly tear it down and see whats goin
