Hello, Ive owned my 89 mk1 for 15 yrs. Recently I came across a good deal on a 92 mk2 N/A. Clean as all get out 5 speed and Ts, body is straight and good paint. About a week after buying it I saw what looked like a mk2 turbo sitting in the back yard of a house as i passed by. To my surprise it was in fact an original turbo. Of course the engine was shot, and it had been sitting there for six years. The owner was happy to part with it for a mere 300$! So here is my question.
