- Hey guys, i really need a quick answer on this so i can fix it tomorrow. I just finished putting in my engine today after some repairs, and the last thing i was doing was bleeding the clutch. So all was going well, but the pedal has almost no resistance, it does go right back up into position, but the slave cylinder only moves about 1-2mm and obviously isnt enough to engage the clutch. I can manually move the slave with a pry bar so its not siezed up, but when we bleed it only fluid comes out,
