- my car still roll when i park my car on a slope. i had the e brake engaged at the time and when i came out to my friends drive way my car had rolled and crush his two garbage pales that were behind my bumper. Luckily it cushioned my bumper and there was no damage. I noticed that i have to pull the e brake all the way up and when i looked at my friends mr2 ebrake he only have to pull it back a little and it will engage. So is my e brakes bad? My friend said that it might be my e brake cables
