3S-GE JDM Non-Turbo Engine, engine, cuts, sessor, broke, fine, thermostat, sensor, problem, green, grey, wires, casing, warmes, mile, missfire, minutes, runs, cleares, open, seconds, throttle, rough, missfires

i have a 3S FE engine and as it warmes up , after about a mile it runs very rough and cuts out. IF you can keep the throttle open it cleares after 25 seconds or so, missfires for a little while, then is fine all day ???? also there is a broke sessor on the thermostat casing GREY with 2 wires, next to a green sensor. what is this and is it the problem. help please
