Hey I went for a cruise on sunday afternoon and as it grew darker turned on my lights but only the drivers side popped up, both lights work, the LH side only rises about 3mm. Tried to manualy flip it but it only comes up about 3mm then the knob becomes very tight and stops altogether any ideas?
