Error codes 13 21 24. Low/rough idle and jittery acceleration [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I cant find a solution to this on the thread so i thought id open a new one. Ok first off this is a 92 mr2 with a 3sge stock. Ever since ive changed my oil, sparks and oil filter my car has been idling rough and at times it would idle ridiculously low that it stalls out. When i accelerate it jitters until i hit around 3.5k to 4k. Error codes i get are 13, 24 and 21. What in the world is 13 and has anyone ever got this and possible have a solution??
