5sfe to 3sfe swap Q's [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

3sgte, wright, 3sfe, good, swap, expected, wernt, locations, suprises, things, reads, engine, odometer, wrecked, picking, 5sfe, mounting

Ok I am picking up a 92 3sgte in a wrecked mr2. the odometer only reads 26k and engine looks almost new. What I need to know is if this 3sgte will have the same mounting locations as my 5s, if there is a good wright up on doing this, and if you have done this before where there any suprises or things that wernt expected? thank you for any help.
