Hello. My 91 MK2 Turbo has been having intermittant CEL while driving. Only stays on for a few minutes before disappearing. Recently I have also failed to pass smog, with high HO and CO. So I just did the self diagnostic test, and the code it gives is 7 short flashes with 1 long one. That means error code 71, right? But I can
