Mr2 expert tells me to forget about buying a mr2 turbo? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

So today I called a mr2 specialist in my area and he basically told me NOT to buy an MR2...I am still going to buy the car, I am in love with it, but I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to why he would tell me not to buy an mr2 turbo? He more or less said they are not worth the money...but I think they are more than worth the money...just a little confused I guess.
