The Empire State Performance Rally 2014 will be run once again (for the 3rd year) out of Rock Hill NY. We are located less then a mile off of NY Route 17 (future I-86) and the entire course is within 15 miles of the headquarters. ESPR is the only nationally sanctioned rally in the country run entirely on paved tarmac roads. Long stages - yes we have those!
