Have a really good condition 86 and now on the hunt for a cheap Mk1 for SCCA rallyx. Stumbled across this one on craigslist and wanted to know what people thought of the price. Its an 87 with 200k miles has some rear quarter rust which is expected. Owner told me it uses about a half qrt or oil a month but I think that could be from leak. My goal was to offer $400 and not go more than $600 assuming that there was no frame rust. What does everyone think?
