Very Strange!! Using Turn Signals - Speedo Lights Go Out?

When I use the turn signals and even sometimes the high beams, the instrument cluster lights go out. Once the turn is completed and it clicks back, the lights come back on. Some times I have to jiggle it up and down to get the speedo lights to come back on. It happened once with the high beams too, but consistently with the turn signals.
