Help with fuel problem?

My 91 is my daily driver and after coming home from work the other day everything was fine. The next morning I went to start it and while it cranked just fine it never fired. I ran some tests and have a decent spark so all it well at the top end and with the timing belt and ignition systems. I pulled the fuel filter (which needed changing badly) but the old one was still pretty good. With everything loose down under I had the engine cranked and (no surprise) no gas was moving. Before I
