Fixing window rattle..question

So I have my door panel off and I think I have found what I believe to be the 2 guides that keep the window from moving back in forth (highlighted in red). Are these it? If so, how do I get them out? and does anyone have a part number for both of them? If not, where are these felt guides that keep my damned window from rattling? lol.
