Ok so i put a 93 motor in my 91. No Biggy. When i got everything plugged in, I turned the key to the on position and it started turning over. I tried looking at all the plugs and wires again to make sure i didnt mix up any connections. I go to the trunk to the starter relay that sits next to the ecu and the cold start injector wire is showing power which it shouldnt. I unplug the fuel section of the ecu and try
