lightweight flywheel-increased accelaration?

I am thinkin of getting a lightened flywheel fitted in my NA 3sge Rev3. Does anyone know if it makes a difference in the accelaration from 0-60. cos this is what the car lacks in mostly. I live in India and there is nothing else in terms of mods that can be done here as importing an engine is not allowed.
