I am looking to buy a 91, i drove it everything seems good and really tight, car sounds fine. I asked the guys to take care of smog, he cant afford it but says, it needs a warmer thermostat due to it running cold, and he has the idle turned up too. He said i would need to replace thermostat, reset something im not sure of but he said something like i had to set it back to some mode, that i would need to hit something on the ecu to reset. does any of this make since, does it seem like a
