engine missing when taking corners?

Has this happened to anybody else? I just changed out the plugs in my stock 87 n/a motor to the ngk coppers....and it runs great. But when I take a corner at speed and get back on the gas the car sputters a bit then comes back once Im in a straight line again. I do have a very stiff suspension setup for track days....am I just pulling to many g
