Frame rails repair

I know a few people here have good working frame rails but most of the mk2 mr2 owners here have bent rails at the back part where they jack the cars up.I know you can use the cross member to lift the rear part but has anyone paid to get their frame rails fix by a body shop?If so how much? I was able to bend my rails straight a little bit in the back but the paint flaked so I shot it with under body rubberized coating to prevent rust problems.
