AutoTranny issue in reverse

Today i finally got everything good enough to where it was time to start moving the car under its own power. I go through the gears, and im getting this ticking sound ONLY when i go into reverse. Theres no grinding, or any noise at all when i shift into Reverse...only the ticking sound, and its constant and it doesnt increase. I can shift into neutral and it stops, go back to Park, and it stops. Only in Reverse will i get that ticking sound. I put the MR2 on jackstands to see if i could find
