- ok so according to toyota manuals the ignition timing for ours 2 is 10deg. BTDC, they told me that I could ADVANCE the ignition to 12-14 deg. but I believed that is turbocharged engine the ignition must be RETARD to avoid detonation, please correct me if I am wrong or not
