3S-GTE JDM 2nd Gen Turbo Engine Power Loss!!!!

3S-GTE JDM 2nd Gen Turbo Engine, gear, alil, beginning, running, ordinary, black, rich, gears, checked, spark, plugs, 7000rpm, 12psi, runing, bolt, loss, gen2, basic, boost, holds, power, feel, 5000

i have jdm gen2, basic bolt ons, runing 12psi, it seems as if my boost holds up to about 5000 rpm and just doesnt feel right from 5 to 7000rpm, seems to be like this in all my gears, well ive never tried 5th gear, but from 1st to beginning of 5th gear just seems like this. I am running alil rich i checked my spark plugs and they alil black but not enough to seen out of the ordinary.
