5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine Sluggish take off

5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, speed, sluggish, issue, changed, ring, idle, 1200, timing, sound, rpms, 1000, week, created, leaking, distributor, shaft, mark, location, gear, picks, pick, rotor, installed, slowly

Ok.. So I changed the o ring on the distributor shaft that was leaking but now I think I created another issue. I did mark the location of the rotor and installed like it was. So now when I take off its very sluggish to pick up speed and it does this through every gear. It picks up speed very slowly. does this sound like a timing issue?
