Polyurethane engine mounts versus inserts

Any experience with the Speed Source polyurethane mount kit (back and front) versus the Kirkasaurus insert kit? The insert kit is cheaper and looks much easier to install, but it does seem sort of like a bandaid solution and I wonder how the performance and noise/harshness/vibration compares to the full kits.
