I have an NA mr2, 91, it has a 5sfe, which is found in the older camrys and celicas, and my mileage is terrible. I can get as low as 19mpg driving like a normal person. Here is a lits of things already done. -Plugs -Wires -Cap -Rotor -O2 sensor -Air filter -New oil/filter(wont really make a diff) -Tried water cleaning the engine to get carbon deposits out -New secondary CAT
