5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine Tie Rod Bolt Help...

5S-FE MK2 Non-Turbo Engine, side, frame, bolt, hardware, store, cheapest, replace, picture, mind, post, work, luck, good, working, redid, all-all-, bushings, stripped, suggest, lock, washer, anymore

I noticed that my right rear tie rod was loss and that the bolt was spinning in the frame. As far as i can tell there is something that is holding the nut on the backside of the bolt and it is no longer doing its job. Is there a way to fix this without cutting or drilling a bigger hole to get to the back side or is that my only option. Thanks 22304
