MR2 Turbo Fuel Problem

Hi all, So i am a MR2 newbie, i have recently taken on a project, a H reg MR2 Turbo T-bar, its been stood for a good 5 years and i have hit a problem. It seems i have little or no fuel getting to the fuel rail, and i was hoping you guys could help me. Is there away of testing the pump without dropping the tank? and could it possibly be a relay or fuse? Thanks, Dan
