3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine Help identifying rubber cap location

1994 MR2 Turbo. So I was cleaning off my disgusting engine bay and it seems that I knocked off a rubber cap that should have been clamped on but the clamp seems to have been missing. The issue is I have no idea where this goes. Any suggestions on where to start looking?
