So I finally got my permit to drive the car on the road to get it safety inspected. Do a few pulls no problems. Then all of a sudden I get steam coming out of the coolant over flow tank!! Fans are fine. I drained, filled and bled the cooling system twice. Still overheating after about 10-20 min. Left the cap off and started the car and started shooting out of the filler neck.
