CEL 42 Speed sensor question [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

So I have 91 to Gen3 swap using Gen3 engine and body harness. I have JDM chipped ECU. Every now and then I get CEL 42 and that limits the boost to 8-9psi with the CEL on. Most of the times it goes away and car boosts to 13-14psi. Speedometer is working and it is cable driven manual sensor. This is what I found in earlier discussions
