- i just got my swap running, but it runs very rich. at first start it idles just fine. if you give it gas, however so slightly, it dies immediately. if you give it enough gas it bogs and sputters, but eventually goes into higher rpms. it runs fine at anything higher than 2.5k. if you keep it in the high rpm
