MR2 wont start [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I have a 2000 spyder. 3 weeks ago it started dpoing this- lighst and all accessories work, but turning the ignition just make a clicking noise in the fuse box on the left side pannel. For a few weeks, every other couple days it would do this, till I disconnect the negative battery terminal and clean it and put iyt back- then it would start right up. SO today I replaced the negative terminal with a regular lead type instead of the stamped type, figuring that would fix it for good. No all I
