- I just picked up a second 5SFE for $200 that I am going to strip down, and rebuild from the ground up. First, what piston rings do you guys recommend? I need something that will take abuse, but not wear on anything since I will be putting miles on the car. Second, are the stock connecting rods durable enough for hard racing?
